Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Narelect. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or local holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you immediately via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Territory: We primarily ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. (Note: Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses may be subject to additional restrictions or transit times).

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days to arrive at your destination.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed dynamically at checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been handed over to the carrier, which will contain your unique tracking number(s).

  • The tracking information will typically become active and traceable online within 24–48 hours of receiving the email.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Narelect is not responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, or local taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (including but not limited to import tariffs, VAT, or local carrier handling fees).

5. Damages & Lost Packages

  • Narelect is not liable for any products damaged or lost during the transit process. If you received your order damaged, or if your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a formal claim.

  • Please ensure you save all original packaging materials, box contents, and damaged goods before filing a claim, as the carrier will require photographic proof.
